Reggae Reggae sauce as a marinade for chicken breasts? how long do I grill it for?

i am hoping to use reggae reggae sauce for a marinade tonight, and grill it. does anyone have any tips for grilling marinaded chicken breasts (normal oven grill)? how long do i cook it for, and what strength heat?? i dont want anything to complex please!

It depends on how thick the breasts are. What do you mean by "oven grill?" Are you baking it onthe rack? Cookie Sheet? Special pan I am not aware of?

Without knowing the thickness or other size of the breasts and since you mentioned "oven" I would assume this is not a true grill and you are bakign them, I suggest to set the oven to 375
- baste after 2 mins
-turn after another 3 minutes basting it again
-baste after 2 mins
-after another 3 mins make a small cut in one to check for doneness, if not done, baste and check every 2-3 minutes

chicken will dry out fast w/o proper basting ... a better option would be to butterfly the breasts if they are thick and reduce the above suggested cookign times ...
