What should I cook my friends for dinner?
I have some VIP's coming over for dinner today (the mayor and a business associate) and I want to cook something that will really impress them and make them like me. I have a few meal ideas that I need help narrowing down to 2.
Horsehoof casserole: Its a Peruvian dish that includes deep fried horse hooves, tomato sause, diced greens, and sometimes paprika.
Cremdola: Fried diced camel eyes with choice of side.
Salmon with Lemon and Dill: Salmon cooked with lemon juice and black pepper.
Gourmet "Macoroni and Cheese": A special recipe my mom can make with 3 different kinds of cheese and Italian Bouchet penne pasta. Acorn shavings are then sprinkled on top.
Antler delight: A Norwegian dish that consists of chopped up male deer antlers, usually served with fresh salad and fruit.
