How beneficial is Extra Virgin Olive Oil over Virgin Olive oil?

I dont know if to buy Garlic infused virgin olive oil or extra virgin olive oil?

How much healthier is extra olive virgin oil over virgin oil?
Maybe best to alternate!

There is no benefit to extra virgin over virgin, one is an earlier press and has matured less. the longer the maturing time the milder the taste. The less maturing the stronger the taste. In this case extra virgin has a stronger more peppery taste.

Now with infusions garlic is a good infusion as it has blood thinning and heart benefits as well as helping with cholesterol.

so all in all what do you prefer the taste of?
