entities Mesa Market and Cowboy Catering takes your privacy seriously.
This privacy policy describes the types of personal information TJW Foods
collects, how it uses and to whom it discloses such information, and the ways

Collection of Personal Information
TJW Foods maintains a database of customer
information, this information is gathered through Mesa Market and Cowboy
Catering. These business entities contribute the following personal
information about their customers to the TJW Foods Corporation database of
client information:
- Name;
- Address;
- Phone number;
- Fax number;
- Email address;
- Customer ID; and
- Purchase information (e.g., transaction amount, date, and products purchased)
- Credit card number (for business and personal accounts)
TJW Foods maintains this information at the
individual, household and/or business level. TJW Foods may combine this
information with information we have obtained from business partners or other
companies. For example, this information may include: updated delivery and
address information, which we use to correct our records and facilitate proper
delivery of our services and communications.
However, in all instances, TJW Foods does not
collect or maintain any other forms of personal information. For
example, TJW Foods does not collect:
- Social Security Numbers;
- Drivers License Numbers;
- Personal banking information (with the exception of credit card numbers
for payment processing on personal or business accounts); or
- Other forms of personal information.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
TJW Foods does not rent,
sell or allow any third parties access to the personal information that it or
its entities gather. TJW Foods may use a consumers purchasing history and
preferences to provide tailored services, special offer communications
and/or news letter updates that TJW Foods believes may be of interest to
the consumer.
TJW Foods does not participate
in any form of third party collaborative direct marketing database. TJW Foods
provides choices to consumers about the usage of their information, as
described below in the section entitled “Your Choices.”
TJW Foods recommends to consumers who wish
not to have their personal information
shared between third parties request that thier personal information be removed
from the mailing lists of participating Direct Marketing Association (DMA)

Your Choices
If you no longer wish to receive direct mail,
e-mail communications, or any promotional offers arising from information about
you maintained by TJW Foods, please send an email message to:

Within 30 days from when you submit your particular
opt-out request, we will send you an email that acknowledges that we received
your request and confirms that we have modified the use of your personal

opt-out request(s) will have a prospective effect, and will not impact
information that has already been provided to third parties as outlind above in
the section entitled "Use and Disclosure of Personal Information".
Protection of Personal Information
TJW Foods has implemented reasonable security
