A Colorado native Tab has worked in the restaurant business for 18 years starting off with the
Marriott and finally landing in the high country.
Tab worked under world renowned Chef Fabrice Beaudoin and from that experience
expanded on his own, opening the "Timber Hearth Grille", at
Cordillera,
and then opening "The Grille at Singletree", in Singletree.
Tab’s down-home style with a little funk has earned him a wonderful reputation
for magnificent food at a humble price.

A Chicago native Jennifer has worked in the restaurant and nightclub business for over fifteen years.
Staring out in Chicago with Thunderdome Enterprises, Jen was involved with
opening four 1200 people capacity nightclubs with live music and theater.
Before leaving Chicago, she managed and worked in the world renowned B.L.U.E.S.
Nightclub, host to all major blues acts in Chicago.
Finally landing in the Vail Valley, Jen managed the "Timber Hearth Grille" at Cordillera, handling mainly all
special events at the Mountain Course Clubhouse and "The Timber Hearth Grille".
